VACON NXC

Vacon-NXC-low-harmonic-open-340x340VACON NXC Low Harmonic offers clean power while delivering effective results under demanding circumstances. It offers regenerative braking, returning any unused energy back into the grid, and voltage boosts for maximum output power.
A low THDi means that harmonics in supply currents are reduced to a level where there is no danger of them affecting application processes. This creates savings for new and retrofit projects alike. That way, there’s no need to invest in expensive 12- or 18-pulse transformers.

VACON COMMON DC BUS SYSTEM

vacon-common-dc-bus-fi13Vacon offers a comprehensive range of common DC bus drive products. The product family covers a number of front-end units, inverter units and brake chopper units in the entire power range up to 2.2 MW and from 380 V to 690 V.

The drive components are built on the Vacon NX technology. Common DC bus components are used in a multitude of combinations. In a typical DC bus configuration, the drives controlling braking can transfer the energy directly to the motoring drives.
