Net Safety’s Millennium II Solid State Nano Enhanced Metal Oxide Semiconductor (NE-MOS) Toxic gas sensor utilizes recent advances in nano engineered materials to dramatically increase the sensor’s sensitivity, selectivity, and stability. Our solid state NE-MOS technology is ideal for dry/hot applications and provides some of the fastest response times available. In addition, our nano-enhanced sensor does not “fall asleep”, has long-life, and recovers quickly from high-concentration gas exposure events, a serious and common issue with traditional MOS sensor materials and electrochemical sensors.

Advanced Environmental Immunity
The ST3 Series of toxic gas sensors are all internally temperature-compensated to their target gas as well as the particular field-selected range (20/50/100 ppm) in order to provide as stable a sample as possible to the sensing element.
